Luna Botanicals integrates nature, landscape architecture and art to create thriving environments and memorable experiences. Inspired by the healing and meditative power of nature, we create bold, immersive and sustainable spaces with botanicals as the focus.  We are an innovative design firm and botanical art gallery located in the heart of the New Orleans Arts District. Our designs are meant to evoke a sense of emotion and meaningful connection with nature. Some of our public design work can be seen at Canal Place, Auction House Market, Saba and Cellar Door. 

Key Responsibilities

Work with team to create an effective and compelling Marketing system, with the goal of building a distinct, cohesive and modern brand. Assist in the management of our website, online profiles, and listings.

  • Work at Luna Gallery at AHM selling products, interacting with customers and promoting Luna brand. Based on customer experiences, make suggestions where marketing efforts can be improved. 

  • Assist team in planning and creating content for all social media outlets. Actively research and identify relevant influencers and brands with large social media followings for strategic partnership opportunities. 

  • Help research and brainstorm creative ideas for pop-ups and events around the city to activate Luna assets, which include a 1973 VW van, branded plant delivery truck and large moss wall installations.

  • Support event marketing efforts by assisting in planning, hosting and promoting engagement-focused events. Educate potential clients, local businesses and partners about Luna Botanicals, and oversee follow-up communication.

  • Help gather contact information and maintain email newsletter database.

  • Track all press mentions and assist in creating monthly press re-cap.

  • Assist in administrative duties, including but not limited to, coordinating supplies, researching designs, materials, pricing and managing printing orders for marketing materials.

  • Research and identify potential clients and upcoming projects that fit Luna branding and growth goals. Identify the key players, timeline and elements involved in each project. 

  • Assist in the production of all marketing materials. Web, social, look books, promotional graphic design, and all other materials necessary to achieve our brand goals. 


  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Can commit to 15-20 hours per week

  • Interested in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies 

  • Strong understanding of social media content development and engagement

  • Excellent organizational, coordination, presentation, communication and customer service skills

  • A creative eye is always appreciated. Experience in photography and / or graphic design with ability to utilize Adobe Creative suite is a plus

  • No plant care knowledge necessary, but an interest in plants is needed

  • 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience
